Honest fit check
Who this isn't for.
We'd rather say no early than take on work we can't do well. AI Automations with us probably isn't right if:
- You want AI to answer customers with no person checking. We keep a human approval step wherever a mistake costs money.
- Your process doesn't work by hand yet. Automating a messy process only makes the mess faster.
- You need a ready-made chatbot for a few dollars a month. An off-the-shelf tool will suit you better.
- The goal is spam: mass messages to people who never asked to hear from you.

Questions

Will AI send messages to my customers on its own?
Not by default. AI drafts, and a person on your team approves. We only automate fully where a mistake costs nothing.
Which tools do you use?
Mostly self-hosted n8n and Python, connected to WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Google Sheets, Shopify and common CRMs. Accounts stay in your name.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Alerts come to us first. Under a care plan we fix it and tell you what happened and why.
Do I need technical staff?
No. Every workflow is documented in plain language, and we train whoever uses it.
How long does a first automation take?
Most single workflows go live in one to three weeks, depending on how many systems are involved.
